From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like royalty. the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating to my every need, providing exclusive amenities and luxurious service that exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool was clean and had a relaxing spa lounge where I enjoyed a variety of treatments during my stay. the Restaurant's menu was exquisite, offering a wide range of delicacies to satisfy my taste buds.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the room's cleanliness. the bathtub was a bit too small, and some stains could be found on the bathrobe.

We would recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, top notch service, lovely staff. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Grandma's Home couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.

The view was great and the proximity to the shopping mall was very convenient. The staff was friendly and they provided great service.
The cleanliness of the room was quite poor, with some stains on the bathrobe and the room having an unpleasant odor. The breakfast options were limited.

The hotel's location is conveniently close to a metro station, making transportation around the area incredibly easy. the breakfast is tasty, with a variety of options, and the service is top-notch. the room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the city skyline and was equipped with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
The decor and design of the hotel’s front desk area could use some improvement.

The view from our high floor corner room was simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. the location was also perfect, with a shopping mall just downstairs and a metro station just a few minutes' walking distance away. the service was absolutely top-notch, starting from the friendly receptionist who provided us with all the necessary information upon check-in.
